Driving Electronic Billing Adoption

I recently was invited to write an article for TAWPI's TODAY magazine that discussed some of the best practices that Billtrust employs to drive electronic billing adoption (what we call eAdoption).

One of the common fallacies of driving eAdoption is that it is a technology problem.  While it's true that you need a good ebilling solution, this by itself will guarantee you nothing.  What really is important is having a comprehensive eAdoption strategy.
